2024 BUDGET: COASUG Urges President Tinubu To Navigate Nigeria Economy To Prosperity

The call, which was made by the group’s Director General, Hon Harrison Asuquo Sam, during a media chat recently in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state with journalists, recalled that the president said Nigeria is now set to become one of the best countries that depends on itself.
Sam reiterated his belief that the president would ensure the total implementation of the 2024 budget to enable it achieve the set goals.
He assured the public of the group’s steadfastness in ensuring the promotion of good governance and full implementation of the budget of renewed hope, and called on the national assembly to diligently scrutinize and also pass the budget promptly.
The COASUG DG said; “From what the president has said during the presentation of the budget to the National Assembly, Nigeria is now set to become one of the best countries that depends with itself in different areas, and I am certain that the present administration would do the needful to ensure the total implementation of the 2024 budget.
“Consolidated APC Support Groups, COASUG being one of the most formidable and well known support groups coalition platform will continue to promote good governance and successful implementation of the 2024 budget of renewed hope, and we call for the successful scrutiny and passing of the budget proposal by the Nigeria’s parliament.”
