Zonal PPRO Eulogises AIG Agbonlahor As He Retires … Bayelsans will Miss Him- Nembe Chief

The Zonal Police Public Relations Officer (ZPPRO), Mrs. Ikwo Lafieghe, a Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) has described the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Zone 16, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, as a man of character and knowledge who gave his best in his service to fatherland.

Lafieghe made the assertion during the 60th birthday/send-off ceremony of AIG Austin Agbonlahor on Sunday, August 29th at the Government House Banquet Hall, Yenagoa.

added that her boss, was born great outside achieving greatness.has achieved much greatness and fulfillment.

Describing her boss as a fulfilled man who was not only born great, but also achieved greatness, ZPPRO, added that working under Agbonlahor had impacted positively on her career as a police officer.

In her words: “He was not only born great, but has achieved greatness and greatness was equally thrust on him.”

“Destiny brought us closer when i became the Public Relations Officer by God’s design. I must confess that it has been one of best things that ever happened to me in the course of service.

“The positive impact on me and the tutelage can not be purchased. It was not easy initially adjusting.”

The Zonal PPRO further stated that the outgoing AIG is a seasoned officer of repute and knowledgeably, adding that his strong will and character that made him outstanding.

“He is a seasoned officer of repute with a combination of native intelligence and knowledge.

“My boss is a man of strong will and character. He is an encyclopedia of policing and police duties,” Lafieghe stated.

In a related development, the Senior Special Assistant to his eminence, King of Nembe, His Majesty, Biobelemoye Josiah, Chief Frank Soibi, has described the outgoing AIG as a friend to Bayelsans.

Soibi who doubles as the chairman, Board of Directors NLNG and NLNG Transportation Company and Rep of Nembe King urged Agbonlahor to see his retirement as the beginning of another level and not the end.

“The AIG is a friend of Bayelsans. He should see himself as retiring and not tired.

“Bayelsans will miss his professional expertise. Retirement is only stepping into another level. Not that the retiree is tired.

“We implore him to always make his advise available to us. He will ever remain our friend,” Chief Soibi asserted.
