Monarch Congratulates Son, Thanks Rivers State Governor, Sir Fubura

by Pearl HaroldA monarch in Rivers State, Eze Igbu Orlukwor, Eze Prince Ike Ehie, JP, Eze Igbu Orlukwor II, has congratulated an illustrious son of Igbu Orlukwor kingdom, Engr. Adokiye Oyagiri on his appointment by the Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubura.
The Eze Igbu Orlukwor, in press release he personally signed and made available to newsmen, Saturday, August 31, 2024, also thanked the State Governor for finding an Orlukwor son worthy for appointment as a member, Rivers State Bureau For Public Procurement.
Eze Ehie called on the appointee to see the appointment as a call to duty, to bring his wealth of experience, loyalty and commitment to bear on his assigned responsibility.
The monarch charged him to make the kingdom and the state proud and not to be found wanting.
He expressed hope that more sons and daughters of the kingdom will in no distant time be beneficiaries of different governmental responsibilities.
It would be recalled that Eze Prince Ike Ehie was recently elected as Eze Igbu Orlukwor II. His coronation is said to be coming up on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at the kingdom ancestral home, Okoma I, while reception takes place same day at Odiabidi community, administrative headquarters of the kingdom.
