EZE EKPEYE LOGBO HANDS OVER ADMINISTRATIVE FUNCTIONS TO EZE IGBU AKOH ON ACTING CAPACITY:
His Imperial Majesty, Eze, Sir, (Amb) Kelvin Ngozi Anugwo, PhD, DSSRS, CNA, FMIN, MNIMN, FSALPP, JP, AP, Eze Ekpeye Logbo III and Akalaka XII has officially handed over the administrative functions of Ekpeye palace to the Natural Ruler of Igbu Akoh Ancient Kingdom, His Majesty, Eze (Hon) Cassidy O.W. Ikegbidi, JP, AP, FICAN, FCIAP (Chartered), Eze Igbu-Akoh II on acting capacity to steer the ship of state of the Ekpeye Ethnic Nation as he jets out on an international trip to grace the 2024 Usama Ekpeye Convention at Atlanta, USA.
In a brief handover ceremony at the Port Harcourt transit Palace of Eze Ekpeye Logbo III on Tuesday, Eze Anugwo expressed confidence in the ability of Eze Ikegbidi to handle matters of utmost concern that may be brought forward while he’s away.
He therefore charged all well-meaning sons and daughters of Ekpeye to rally round the Akoh Monarch for effective leadership till he returns.
Responding, Eze Ikegbidi appreciates Eze Ekpeye logbo’s ingenuity for finding him worthy to serve Ekpeye land at such level, considering the onerous task ahead in redirecting our youths to the path of rectitude in our collective will to return the days of brotherhood to our dear native land.
He assured Eze Anugwo and the entire good people of Ekpeye ethnic nation of selfless leadership in tandem with Eze Anugwo’s renewed effort and aspirations for a rebirth that will place Ekpeye land on a pedestal of great achievements.
While praying for Eze Anugwo’s good health and successful trip to the US, the Akoh Natural Ruler sued for unity and peaceful coexistence among the people of Ekpeye land as being the bedrock of any progressive society urged every single Ekpeye man to be their brother’s keeper.
