Publisher, New Waves Correspondent Exchange Marital Vows

The event which took place on Sunday, October 22, at Potter’s House of Gold Church, Amarata – Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, saw friends, colleagues and relatives in attendance.
Giving his charge, the presiding minister, Rev Ebi Dugo, admonished the couple to love themselves as Christ loves the church of God, reminded them that self respect, care for each other and humility are the bedrock of every successful marriage.
He stated that while the husband is statutorily expected to take care of the family, the wife should always give a helping hand where necessary. He urged them to adapt the system of reciprocal love.
Rev. Dugo, who advised against giving room for gossips in their lives, pointed out that no human is perfect, therefore mistakes are bound to occur.
While testifying to God’s glory, the BochNews/ Boch TV Online publisher/CEO, Hon. Oyagiri Chime-emele, said he met his found missing rib as a colleague in the pen fraternity. He hinted that the relationship later graduated to lovers before the last lap of husband and wife.
Hon. Oyagiri advised bachelors and spinsters to always remain focused while hoping in God Almighty for their marital desires. He said while money is always the key to get it done, determination, patience and perseverance are virtues that are worth holding on to.
He thanked God for making the occasion possible, and appreciated the church for its encouragement, prayers and good wishes.
Highlights of the event was the cutting of their daughter’s one year birthday thanksgiving cake.
