ALIMOSHO 2023 POLL: Orelope, APC Chieftains Converge For Tinubu, Other Candidates

Her Excellency, Princess Adejoke Orelope Adefulire and other All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftains gathered in Alimosho to offer prayers and also sensitized members to use their votes for the electoral success of the APC presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, Babajide Sanwo-Olu and other candidates at all levels.
The Convener, Dr. Adejoke Orelope, explained that the prayer is organized to seek God’s intervention and successful polls for all Lagos politicians, including candidates under Alimosho local government areas come 2023 General Elections.
The apex leader of Asiwaju Solidarity Movement (ASM) Orelope, who prayed for victory for all party candidates come 2023 general elections, pointed out that Alimosho local government plays critical roles in Lagos politics and therefore, cannot afford to be downgraded in the forthcoming elections.
The chief Host, Hon Sola Popoola who welcomed the over ten thousand mothers that came across the Alimosho federal Constituency for this special prayer event tagged, “The Mothers’ Prayer for the Nation” expressed delight on the turn out and importance of Mother’s prayer to commence the 2023 electoral activities and prayer for the success of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu and all our candidates in the forth coming elections.
Earlier in his remark, Chief Babatunde Sunday Aboyade, APC Vice Chairman Lagos West Senatorial District, emphasized on the need for all party members to get ready with their PVC to elect Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Sanwo-Olu and all our party candidates at all levels.
In his remark, Hon Adebisi Yusuf, the Lagos state House of Assembly member representing constituency 01, said he was delighted with the unity of purpose in the Progressive Family within Alimosho Federal constituency which according to him, ‘will give rise to the needed electoral result outcome.’
Giving his goodwill message, Hon. Amodu Ejalonibu stated that party faithfuls in the local government needed to work harder in order to amass 4 million votes as politically calculated, thus the need to be physically, spiritually awake to achieve the target for the election victory.
The opening prayer was conducted in Islamic faith by Imam Mudashiru Abdul Kareem, Chief Imam Alimosho central Mosque.
While the christian prayer was said by Pastor Samson Akinolugbade, with a bible reference of Genesis 21:15-20, added that there is need for Mother’s prayer at this critical state of our Nation for peace, economic transformation, well being and success of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2023 election. He was supported by Pastor Oguniyi of CAC lion of Judah.
The Islamic prayer was conducted by Al imam Bashir Mojasola, who offered special prayer for the Nation and all APC candidates from the presidential flag bearer Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Bábajide Olusola Sanwoolu and others.
The event which was organized by ‘Asiwaju Solidarity Movement’ (ASM), a grassroots movement led by Orelope-Adefulire, was attended by APC chieftains, including Chief Babatunde Sunday Aboyade, APC Vice Chairman Lagos West Senatorial District, Hon Adebisi Yusuf, Hon Moromoke Williams, former Igandò Ikotun local government chairperson; Hon Akinola Idowu Bashiru, member representing south west federal bureau of statistics; Hon Opeyemi Adunni Akindele APC Chairperson Mosan Okunola; Hon Akin Johnson, Executive vice chairman Alimosho local government and Hon Ajoke Moromoke Aminat Obe.AMA Executive vice chairman Àgbàdo oke odo local government development area.
Others were; Hon Francis Adebisi (Alimosho), Hon Arizona Adesulire f( Ìgandò ikotun), Hon Abiodun Agbaje (Ayobo ipaja) Hon Sunday Ogunniran (Egbe- Idimu), Hon Adewumi Dada ( Igandò Ikotun) and Omoba Akintola Abiodun Falade (Mosan Okunola)
Also present were: Chief Abel Olusegun Badejo; Alhaji Babs Kareem; Alhaji Olu Bakare; Chief Holmes, Rev I I kumapayi and many others.
The traditional rulers of Igando and Meiran, Oba Babatunde Ogunronbi, the Onishasha of Shasha, Oba Lasisi Gbadebo Gbadamosi onigando of Igandò and Oba Sunday Awoyemi Oroja, Onimeran of Meiran were also present, while the Iyaloja group was led by Chief Mrs Bolatito Ladega, the Iyaloja ìyànà Ipaja.
