Rekindle Your Hope In The Face Of Hopelessness, Pastor Olori Admonishes Christians

by Oyagiri Chime-emeleThe International Director of Greater Evangelism World Crusade, Pastor Isaac Olori , has admonished Christians to rekindle their hope in the midst of hopelessness, as God has the ability to bring beauty out of ashes.
Pastor Olori gave the admonition while ministering at this month’s Healing Service at the church World Headquarters, Airport Road, Port Harcourt, Sunday, July 24th, on the topic “Divine Appointment,” with a Bible text from Isaiah 61:1-3.
He explained that the Healing service was instituted to provide all round healing, which every worshipper needs to connect in the realm of the spirit to receive healing.
The International Director whose teaching was focused on Ashes, stressed that it represents pain, sorrow and mourning, added that God specializes in turning ashes to beauty.
He pointed out that God will not only turn ashes to beauty, but give believers the capacity to withstand any pressure.
The Chairman of the Anniversary Planning Committee, Dr. Lawrence Heart, while chatting with newsmen said the Anniversary is symbolic because 50 years is a covenant number, otherwise known as the year of jubilee and for a ministry that has existed, promoting her core values and visions for 50 years is indeed a time for celebration, not just that it is a command from God to celebrate jubilee, but it is worthwhile that a ministry of 50 years should be celebrated .
Heart acknowledged that the anniversary season is a season of manifold blessings and the ministry is set for the next level, as according to him; ‘for the society and those who will be joining the event are going to be covenant partakers of jubilee celebrations, as the grace of God will be seen upon the Land.’
He also revealed that a mega Port Harcourt City Wide crusade has been scheduled to hold on August 5th and 6th, 2022 with a Thanksgiving service on the 7th.
The anniversary chairman explained that the crusade will bring about salvation, rescue men and the land, adding that the mandate of Greater Evangelism World Crusade would be relaunched.
He stated that music concert will be one of the activities to celebrate the Anniversary.
Also speaking, the Chairman, Mega Port Harcourt City Wide Crusade Planning Committee, Pastor George Dada, while shedding more light on the crusade, disclosed that the event would feature healings, deliverance, salvation, miracle amongst other activities.
Dada noted that free buses would be stationed at various locations in Port Harcourt to convey people to and from the crusade, which is slated to hold at Shark Stadium, Port Harcourt on August 5th and 6th, 2022 with a free medical outreach on Saturday morning at Town Church 3, Station Road, Port Harcourt, added that adequate security for all attendees is guaranteed.
The church which will be celebrating her 50th Anniversary from 4th to 11th September 2022, has lined up activities to mark the epoch event.
