Let’s Develop Ekpeye Land, EYC Women Leader Urges Ekpeye Elite

The newly elected Women Leader of Ekpeye Youth Congress (World wide), Comrade ThankGod Kudos Ajeluwa has urged the elite, royal fathers, youths and other stakeholders to come together for the sake of developing Ekpeye land.
Kudos made the call in her new year message titled; “Ja Ni Mai Mesamatuni Ekpeye Ye”, which literally means; “Come, Let Us Develop Our Land”. She added that she will use the opportunity given to her to serve to contribute her quota.
She reminded the people that since the new year comes with new opportunities, the womenfolks through her will explore it meaningfully and positively.
The women leader promised that during her watch, issues militating against the girl child will be tackled headlong. She challenged women to brace up in order to shake off some traditional stigma since nobody will do it for them.
The new year message read in part, “This is wishing the good people of Ekpeye Nation a Happy New Year aligned with divine preparation that produces perfection.
“This year 2021, will be our best year yet.
I also want to use this medium to appreciate you all for giving me this opportunity to serve you, I promise to do my best.
“May God bless you all, Amen”, she prayed.
It would be recalled that a set of officers were elected recently to pilot the affairs of EYC for the next three years.
