The Nwokpeke Ete Igbu Akoh, His Royal Highness, Eze (Hon) Prince Dennis Ololube has called on his people to close ranks in order to make the kingdom an area to be proud of.
Eze Dennis, who made the call while fielding questions from Newshounds in his palace, added that Igbu Akoh being a hospitable kingdom will soar higher than its contemporaries if the people work together for its development.
He reminded the people that only one person can occupy the throne of Eze Igbu Akoh at a particular time, and appealed that swords be sheath for the sake of the kingdom.
The double title holder revealed that the newly recognized monarch, His Majesty, Eze Cassidy Webber Ikegbidi is ready to work with all in order to give the kingdom the accelerated development it needs.
He enjoined the sons and daughters of Akoh to join hands with Eze Cassidy to take the kingdom to its deserved place amongst its equals.
“I call on my people to sheath their swords. Troubles will only succeed in retarding the kingdom. We have entered another phase in our history.
“Igbu Akoh Kingdom needs development, which our monarch has geared up to activate. Let’s join hands for the sake of our area.
“Eze Cassidy is ready to work with everybody to achieve the sole objective of bringing the kingdom at par with its contemporaries”, he said.
He warned the youths to shun gossips and tale bearing, adding that Igbu Akoh Kingdom needs peace to fast track the needed development.
Eze Prince Dennis Ololube is also the Nye Niji Ihu Akoh Kingdom. A one time Leader, Ahoada East Legislative Assembly.
