NCDMB Has Become a Model for Other Agencies of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, Wabote Tells Staff
2 min readExecutive Secretary of the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, Engineer Simbi Wabote, has called on members of staff of the board to double their efforts in order to deliver more tangible results in second tenure in office.
In a message to staff to formally announce his reappointment, the Executive Secretary, thanked the worker for contributing towards the successes achieved in the first tenure.
Engr. Wabote whose second tenure was renewed recently by President Muhammadu Buhari, said the reappointment was a call to be more dedicated to their duties to surpass their initial achievements.
He said through the commitment of staff, the board had become a model for other agencies of the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, adding that he is confident that “working together as they do would maintain and even surpass the enviable standard we have set in output and outcomes.”
He also said, “On my part, I assure you that there will not be any second tenure hangover or slow down in the pace of work. If anything, the renewal of my appointment would invigorate and accelerate our programmes and activities and I seek your full loyalty and cooperation in my final lap.”
Wabote, thanked President Buhari and the Minister for Petroleum Resources for finding him worthy to be reappointed to steer the affairs of the Board for the next four years.
He equally appreciated the members of staff, whose cooperation led to the successes recorded.
